Our custom home design process begins by gathering all the essential information to understand your vision and project goals. We then create initial schematic designs, offering various house concepts for you to review and select from. Once you’ve chosen your preferred design direction, we delve into detailed development, providing you with multiple floor plan options and 3D images of both the interior and exterior.
You’ll have complete control over the design process, with the ability to review and comment on the plans and images. We’ll make revisions based on your feedback and continue this collaborative process until you’re fully satisfied with the design. There’s no limit to the number of revisions—we’re committed to ensuring the final design perfectly aligns with your vision.
Once you approve the final design, we prepare the construction drawings, which will be delivered to you in both PDF and CAD formats.

When you’re completely happy with the layout and design, we’ll prepare the final house plan drawings. Expect to receive these detailed plans within one week, bringing your dream home one step closer to reality

Custom Home Design Pricing

Our Exclusive CUSTOM Packages offer a complete design and build service, including architecture, engineering, plumbing, heating, and interior design. These packages are available for projects with a minimum value of $100,000.
We work with local experts to ensure compliance with regulations and oversee every stage of construction. Payment is split into a 50% advance and the remainder upon delivery of final plans.

    Cross-sectional views of the house, providing detailed insights into the structural elements of the building, including walls, floors, and roof construction, as well as ceiling heights

  4. 3D Renders

    High-quality 3D visualizations of your home, offering a realistic view of the exterior and interior spaces, helping you see what the finished building will look like before construction

  5. Interior Layouts

    Detailed interior layouts, showing room arrangements, suggested furniture placements, and finishes to assist in designing and planning your home’s interior spaces

A PDF version allows you to print multiple copies of the plan and share it with everyone involved in the construction process. You can also print it locally if a paper copy is required
