We offer CUSTOM Design Services in architecture and interior design (Concept Project and/or Technical Project). These services do not include structural engineering design, plumbing, heating and electrical design and site supervision or assistance during the construction phase. For your convenience, the design process will be performed by email, phone, web or other forms of electronic communication.The concept of the project will be created on the basis of a clear design theme, received from the client.

Wigwam Home Plans does not change the Plans found in the Portfolio section. Any request relating to adaptation and customization of plans will be transferred to the CUSTOM Department.

2.At the request of our clients, we also offer Exclusive CUSTOM Packages. An exclusive CUSTOM package includes a complete design process from architecture, civil engineering, plumbing and heating design to interior design and site supervision and assistance during the construction phase.
Due to the high cost of the design process and execution, Wigwam Home Plans accepts only design projects with a minimum value of $100,000.
Our architectural firm collaborates with local specialists to design and build according to your State and/or regional regulations, respecting the local requirements of construction. We negotiate with local contractors and supervise the construction stages of the project.
An Exclusive CUSTOM Package involves a careful negotiation between the client, architects and builders, as well as a written guarantee of the services through a contract, signed by the architectural firm and the client.
The contract shall state the conditions and the stages in which the design and the construction will be made, the customer's rights and obligations, as well as design service values and charges.
Method of payment will be outlined in the contractual agreement.The company works with a system based on advance payment, representing 50% of the value of the project and a final installment upon delivery of the final plans to the customer.
